A consulting engagement begins with obtaining clarity around the problem that is to be solved or opportunity to be pursued.  This is followed by a rapid assessment of current state using multiple lenses that provide insight into the health and capabilities of the organization.  These lenses include culture, organizational behaviors that support and detract from the strategies, guiding vision, structures, leadership dynamics, performance measurement and learning capabilities.

The assessment is followed by the development of a mutually-agreed upon plan and timelines in partnership with the organizational leadership.  Implementation support is also available to provide oversight of the process and fill talent-gaps as needed.
