Christine Bessler has over 30 years of Information Systems and Technology leadership experience focused in the last few decades primarily within healthcare.  As a senior leader within healthcare organizations, including CIO and Senior VP, Christine has provided strategic direction within Information Technology in building effective integrated clinical and operational governance, establishing core technical and application support operations, Project Management Offices and clinical technology education teams.  Special skills are in strategic alignment, organizational leadership, growing new programs to support transformational strategies, business process re-engineering, and needs assessments.  She has developed accredited courses on the topics of change management, as well as portfolio and project management.  She is a certified change agent and a retired Project Management Professional (PMP).
