This is a great topic and as usual, you all did a great job. I especially loved the examples of verbiage you gave as to how to actually begin the discussion. And, I so agree with your comments about the importance of rounding and being visible. To me, that sets the stage and says, "See....I'm here,...I'm open for discussion....bring it on". Good job (once again!)
